All of us have an energy body including energy centers 'chakras' that can't be seen easily but our energy body effects our lives in so many ways. The health of our body, mind and soul are affected by our energy body. Disease has been seen to manifest in our energy body before our physical body. By cleansing and energizing our energy body we increase the rate at which our physical body can heal itself.
By cleansing and activating our chakras we open ourselves up to soul exploration and have an opportunity to connect with who we really are.
