This service is for women that are at a point in their life and career where they want to focus on their self development and are ready to take a holistic approach to reach their full potential.
I leverage my 20+ years of leadership experience, insights from my Livin' Fully research and interviews, the latest in social sciences and leadership development integrated with the Livin’ Fully Platform. I combine these elements in a powerful way to provide guidance for personal growth, leadership growth, career planning as well as business advisory support.
I help women build self awareness, identify and leverage their strengths, tackle relationship and leadership challenges especially relevant during times of transition or stress. You will be individually guided through ‘true self’ articulation, the development of personal vision, goals and action plans incorporating work life integration challenges. You are supported in the creation of a customized practice to help build reslience.
Women are then guided on an ongoing basis as you execute your plans, build new skills and activate consistent behaviors through your practice, thereby achieving your desired and meaningful behavior changes.
