Building from the Foundational Workshops Series this ongoing program provides women a facilitated forum to continue the dialogue on shared challenges and holistic – integrated personal and professional - development. The group setting promotes ongoing learning and practice of new behaviors in a safe environment. Women will build community by sharing their progress and support each other as they consistently activate behaviors into a set of practices. Participants build their leadership capacity, their network and a set of practices that have the potential to transform their leadership and their lives.
Depending on organizational needs individual sessions are provided to advise and guide women on their personal leadership journey.
