Dana Hedden, Founder of Core Connection and Brenda Blake, Founder of Livin' Fully, have joined together with Yulady Saluti to create a program that balances deep inner exploration with invigorating mind body experiences... a pathway to flourishing.
The key starting point to flourishing is connecting with your core authentic self. To explore your core self -- we’ll use the framework that Brenda has developed to articulate core truth and we’ll leverage the AntiGravity™ hammock experiences that Dana champions to connect to that truth.
In the sessions you will be challenged to shape your journey: Crafting a personal statement of your life values & vision, learning to leverage your strengths, creating pathways to live in line with your ideal self . We will inspire and guide you to build your own personalized plan as well as a custom mindful practice. From the program you will feel empowered to flourish in life.
